I also help with estate administration (probate).  I also help small business start-ups to include filing paperwork with the State and filing trademarks and copyrights.

Located in south Huntsville, virtual (online) appointments are preferred and available. Clients are educated throughout the process, to include explaining the difference in a will and trust or will and estates, why estate planning is important, who needs estate planning, and developing the legal strategy that best fits the needs of each client.
